We start with the problem, not the solution — who it affects, what it costs today, and the constraints nobody thought to write down. Often the brief changes here, and that is the point.
The process
Every engagement runs through the same four stages. The first two are where most of the value is decided.
We start with the problem, not the solution — who it affects, what it costs today, and the constraints nobody thought to write down. Often the brief changes here, and that is the point.
We design the system and the way it will be operated — not just the screens. Then we agree the scope, timeline, and price, and none of the three moves without you agreeing it.
We find the assumptions most likely to be wrong and test them while they are still cheap to be wrong about — integrations, data quality, load, and whether people will actually use it.
We build, launch, document, and train. The engagement ends with a working system and a team that can run it — not a dependency on us.
How we work
You get a defined scope, timeline, and price before any work begins. No open‑ended retainers, no surprise invoices.
The person you meet is the person doing the work. Nothing gets handed down to a team you have never spoken to.
Every delivery ships with the documentation needed to operate and extend it — written for your team, not for us.
Standard tools and no proprietary lock‑in. If you decide to bring the work in house, you can take it with you.
What to expect
There is no discovery fee and no obligation attached to the first conversation. We would rather tell you early that we are not the right fit than take on work we cannot do well.
If the fit is right, the shape of the engagement is agreed in writing before any code is written — and it does not change unless you ask for it to.
Tell us what you are trying to do. No charge, no commitment.
Scope, timeline, price, and what is explicitly out of scope.
Regular working builds rather than status reports about work you cannot inspect.
Documentation, training, and access — everything needed to run it without us.
Get in touch
Send a short note about what you need. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit — and if we are not, usually who is.
